Refund Policy

At Pureaesthetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept refunds or returns once an item has been opened or used. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Refund Policy
  • No Refunds on Skincare Products: For health and safety reasons, all sales of skincare products are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please see Section 2 for our replacement process.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos of:
  • The damaged or defective product
  • The shipping box (if applicable)
  1. Send your request to Pureeaesthetics@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Once your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product (free of charge), or
  • Issue store credit for the value of the damaged or incorrect item.
  1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product has shipped. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at Pureeaesthetics@gmail.com with your order number.
  1. Allergic Reactions or Product Concerns

At Pureaesthetics, we take great care in formulating our products with natural, plant-based ingredients. However, individual sensitivities or allergies may occur. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on the product page before purchase.

  • Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. Please contact us with details of your reaction, but note that refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these cases.
