  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or High-Demand Products: Processing times for custom or limited-stock items may take longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

We ship internationally to select countries. Please be aware of the following:

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable in their country.
  • Extended Delivery Times: Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the packaging and items within 7 days of receipt.
  • Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs).
